The death of Walter Hudson was recorded in 1988 in Sheffield.
I have just received the death certificate for him hoping it would give me information on family he may have had. However no informant was listed on the death certificate.
The certificate was received by the registry from the coronor and two dates are recorded one in May 1987 and one in jan 1988 hence the death registration year.
He died in May 1987 at St Luke's Nursing home.
My question is would I be looking for a burial/cremation in 1987 or could this even not have taken place until after the second inquest in January 1988.
