Suicide burial sites

I am trying to find the burial site for my maternal Grandfather who died on Stenage (sic) Moor in 1961. Sidney Barnsley. Very sensitive topic, would greatly appreciate some help regarding how to find his final resting place. Lived in Sheffield, died near Bakewell Derbyshire. many thanks.

Do you know whereabouts in Sheffield he lived?

Are you sure he was buried and not cremated?

Try bereavement services at City Road, Sheffield they should be able to help.

Well it was between Southey Green and Wadsley Bridge on the outer west side of Sheffield.
