Doncaster & District FHS Family & Local History Fair with Craft stalls

We are pleased to once again to be holding our fair at the Doncaster Deaf Trust. We are equally pleased send you this invite with the attached booking form. If you would like a stall to sell your publications and wares or promote your organisation then please return the form as soon as possible to avoid disappointment – space as always is limited. Parking Free, refreshments are provided by the Trust and your will be well looked after.
Our 2017 event was well attended and successful so we look forward to a similar event this year. The mix of stalls last year included Family History Societies from near and far, local heritage groups, and commercial stalls with genealogy products or connections. In addition crafts from woodturning to jewellery were well represented. There are a number of photographs of the event on our Facebook page.
Many of last year’s exhibitors have already reserved their space for this year and we hope to welcome back more of them as well as new faces. Inflation is unavoidable but once again we have tried to minimise any increases and believe that our table costs are competitive. Full details along with a list of exhibitors already booked can be seen on our website and this will be updated with new reservations on a regular basis.
Advertising is an expensive exercise and we rely heavily on word of mouth and press announcements so we would appreciate it if you could arrange for details of the Doncaster Fair to be included in events columns of you journals or on your website.
