The west virginia state code say's that it is illegal to give someone a ticket using radar or vascar in a municapality that in the last US. cencus has less then 2000 people in it. Marlinton has 1200 during the last one. check it out!!!!!!!

But I understand that Timmy went ahead and accepted Mr. Fixit's plea and pled no contest! I am sorry he didn't know about this law! He might still have time to appeal it!
