I have a copy of the marriage certificate for Harold Emmerson and Sheila Meadows married 1948 (Aston) but am unable to find any further information. Children etc.

I see the marriage was in Yorkshire. If they continued to live in Yorkshire, FreeBMD.org.uk gives you some possibilities in 1957, 1959 & 1962. Could be for a different Emmerson-Meadows couple.

There are 4 others with those parents surnames in other counties.

The marriage was registered in Rother Valley.
Sheila’s death is registered Rotherham in 1998 and Harold’s in Sheffield in 2017.
There is a Public Member Tree on Ancestry (not recently updated) which has Sheila. It records that she had husband (living so not available by name) and 2 sons and one daughter ( all living). This all ties in with the 3 children Terry referred to, birth registered in Rotherham (2) and Rother Valley(1).
It is highly likely they are still living so we cannot name them here.
