Ann Riley buried 27.07.1878 is the first person buried in Grave No. 36 Section BA at St Michaels Cemetery. Over the years five more people are buried in the same plot, who I have now identified as being related. So my question is, could this still be a paupers grave or owned? If owned is there anyway to found out who purchased the plot?

Hi Claire . I suggest you contact the Parish Priest see https://www.saintmichaelscemetery.org/
They should have the Grave Book which shows ownership of each grave level. If they don't have it they should know who has it (maybe Sheffield Council or Archive).
