I have traced Albert Grimbley born c1858 in Sheffield 1861 living at Astills Row Sheffield Park with parents saml & elizth Grimsbley? 1871 living at 7 Lister's Row shefield Park with Father Samuel and brother Samuel and Charles, in 1881 living at 1 Cricket Inn Rd as Lodger occupation Bell Hanger. 1891 at Don Road Brightside occupation Blach Smith. 1901 census not found, 1911 living at Market Place Hoyland with wife Amy? Ann and daughters Adesik & Jess both these names have been crossed out on the original copy, and Daughter Emma, Mary Ann's place of birth London ? 1891 shows that Mary Ann was born in Manchester? and daughters Sarah E age 6 * Jess age2. Alberts occupation 1911 roundabout showman. Albert died Jul - Sep - 1920 in Penistone & buried 01 - 08 - 1920 in Silkstone age 62 Birth 1858. Mary Ann died Apr - Jun - 1913 age 54 in Sheffield birth abt 1859. I have not found any birth records for Albert Grimbley or Mary Ann Whittington.

So, the birth record of Emma with MMN Whittington could be a GRO error ??
The 1901 census doesnt give a status of Daughter for Emma - so maybe she wasnt Albert and Mary Anns daughter, but taken in ??
