1939. I was not aware that All your Rudds had died by that time. I was moving on from the 1911 census.
BUT I was more interested in trying to get you further back.
Problem one.
1.Frederick Henry Hattersley born circa 1841 father John a farmer from Catcliffe.
2.Frederick Henry Hattersley/Rudd born 1839/40 father Thomas Hattersley/Rudd.
I believe that you have now stated that #1 is not the line.
Problem two.
Is finding that illusive John Hattersley father to Thomas.
The scissor manufacturing seems to run through both families.
The 1891 census I mentioned was where a Janet was the wife of Frederick Henry Hattersley.
Frederick was born Catcliffe. Sooooo not yours.
I honestly dont know where to go from here. All the material we can find you have seen in the past and discounted. If you really want to pay a researcher who will put it all together for you that maybe an idea. It all needs to be condensed and concentrate on finding what is really the priority.
