Dear Mike O' Sullivan, Mark Powers, Josh Blaylock and all at Devil's Due,

We, the fans of the original Red Shadows, would like to thank you for reintroducing these classic villians. You have once again made them into a great and significant adversary, and a major threat to both GI Joe and Cobra alike.

We wish and respectfully request to see the original Red Shadow characters brought back in one form or another. Whether that means Wilder Vaughn is a separate character or is in fact the Black Major (with whom he shares many similarities) is entirely up to you.

We enjoyed seeing the Red Shadows return under your direction, and we hope to see them stand alongside, or become, the original Red Shadows. We would not expect a direct continuation of the Battle comic storylines but we would dearly love to see these fan-favourite characters return in the pages of America's Elite.
