....madaling sabihin na gusto ng isang tao na magbenta ng NFA-rice sa sibale, kaya lang dapat kumuha sya ng permit sa NFA Romblon! as a regular licensed rice dealer or retailer, hindi naman automatic na makakatinda sya ng NFA rice, ang kanyang maibebenta lang ay commercial rice or any other grains for that matter. kaya kung gusto nya bumenta ng NFA rice kumuha sya ng NFA permit sa romblon,romblon. at halimbawa, nakakuha ka sya ng license to sell NFA rice, hindi rin automatic na makakatinda sya ng commercial rice or other grains for that matter. ngayon, nagtitinda ang local govt. ng NFA rice, pero ito ay hindi puedeng magtinda ng commercial rice, NFA rice lang ang puedeng ibenta. kung ang lokal govt. magbebenta rin ng commercial rice, doon na puedeng magreklamo ang mga licensed rice traders/retailers. ang nakikita ko rito ay selfish interests ng mga apektadong rice dealers at retailers, dahil ang kanilang mga commercial rice na umaabot na sa P95/salop ay wala ng bumubili, at puro NFA rice na ang binibii. bakit ganon, syempre kung saan makakamura ang mga kababayan natin, doon sila!

example, nakakuha na ng License sa NFA-Romblon, praktikal ba na mag-deliver ang NFA-Romblon ng 20 or 30 sacks of NFA rice sa Sibale, sa sobrang layo, always ready ba ang NFA Romblon for another deivery? alam naman natin para sa pamunuan ng provincial govt. para sa kanila, ang sibale ay napakalayo, tinatamad sila na puntahan ang ang sibale, usually umaayaw ang mga inuutusan punta sibale, at ang usual alibi nila ay....sibale lang da ina!.....pagdating ng election time, yan mapapansin na naman ang sibale....ok at naisipan ng ating Mayor na sa Mindoro na kumuha ng NFA rice, mahirap yata yon, tinulungan kaya sya ni Gov Jojo Beltran at ni Cong. Budoy Madrona, palagay koy hindi! syanga pala, alam ko na matagal na ang NFA rice, di ba noong unang panahon ang tawag dito ay NARIC, then NGA! at bakit hindi naisipan ng previous local administration na mag-avail din sa Mindoro? ok, magtulungan na lang muna tayong lahat, pagdating ng campaign at election period doon tayo maglabanan uli, parang 45 days lang naman yon,
