• I received my renewal notice, followed the to do steps and because it is a (name.com) on a free host I cannot renew - error message says (you have no domains).
• Went to support and started a ticket - oh no - Unless I pay someone to go Pro I cant start a ticket - I only have till 5 May folks, please let me renew.
Raise a ticket for a "billing enquiry" but be precise about what you have done to generate the error message.
Just saying "it doesn't work" will get a stock response but if you give useful information then Bravenet support is generally very good.
