I got an e-mail for renewal today, but need to change the payment information. My renewal is $8.95, but when I go through the process to pay and change my payment info, it says $12.95. I sure don't want to pay this higher amount, so how to I change my information without getting billed extra?
My understanding of Bravenet's billing system is that they auto renew at the price that you signed up for but once you change your billing details you switch to the current price which seems to be what is happening in your case.
Bravenet staff seem to be visiting these forums very rarely at the moment, if you have an issue with billing you need to raise a ticket. Unless they have changed their procedures billing queries only get dealt with during office hours so you will probably not get a reply apart from the automated acknowledgement until Monday.
