If you are reading through Bravenet's own webmail interface then raise a support ticket.
If you are using third party email app installed on your phone or a desktop programme like Outlook then you need to give us more details. The problem will be with the specific email reader not with Bravenet and your first call for support should be the supplier.
I don't use Bravehost any more and can't help with the webmail. As it is a paid service you can raise a support ticket which should get you a response on Monday, possibly earlier if the out of hours support tech has nothing urgent to deal with. (Remember that Bravenet run to Pacific Time)
