We are beginning to receive 'bounced' e-mails that we have not sent! Our e-mail appears to have been hacked. What can we do? A typical 'bounce' message is as follows:
"This is the mail system at host forward1.bravehost.com.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.
The mail system
: Host or domain name not found. Name service
error for name=knightstemplar-uk.com type=A: Host not found"
What can be done to prevent this from happening?? Please!
We STRONGLY suggest you change ALL your passwords to something more secure. Also suggest you run a virus/malware scanner.
