Why is it that the confirmation email received after my customers subscribed my mailing list ended up in JUNK mail ? What should i do ? can anyone help me ?
Perhaps in the initial email/joining part tell them what email address the messages will be coming from, and that they need to add that address to their safe list?
I haven't tested the mailing list service for a long while but if they haven't changed things they spoof your email address on the confirmation so that it appears to come from you.
You have quoted a Hotmail address, many spam filters will recognise that the message came from outside of Hotmail and flag it as spam.
