Upload Frontpage site

Can anyone help me to upload a FrontPage site to a domain I purchased from bravenet, please? I've tried to upload to the site but it says that the site has already been taken. Also I've tried the Java applet and it asks for a password - where do I get this? Thanks

The Java SFTP applet uses FTP accounts for access, which you manage from the "FTP Accounts" tab of your logged-in Bravenet user account.
