Bogus Billing

I was billed on 6/9 for continuation of services which I had before cancelled. I sent the following email on 6/6 in response to your advance notice that I would be billed. The $99 charge still appeared on my credit card statement. Please reverse that charge. Here is the email I sent:

Do NOT bill me for your services, and cancel any billing you may have already done. I have cancelled all bravenet services. The business is now owned Marilyn Rhodes. You can reach her at
