They closed my account without any explanation.
There was no pornography on my site. No racism, no sexism, no hate talk, nothing political. No bad language, no adult content, no violence, no graphic material, nothing subversive. I was fortunate that I was able to go back into my browser history and find my codes. I can't believe they would just close my account without giving me any explanation. Just tell me why! What the hell. You can't even explain why! Was it because I'm living in South Korean. It's South you bravehost morons, not North. If that's it, why couldn't they explain that. Be aware, bravehost users. Keep your codes safe so you don't loose them, or if they do screw you over, then you can use your browser history to find the codes. Now I use siteground. They are much better and you can get mysql access.
Bravehost, why the hell can't you at least explain. What's wrong with you people!
After much investigation we discovered your website was deleted in 2009 due to inactivity. A few years ago we used to delete accounts that had been expired and not logged into after 240 days. We no longer follow this practice. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do at this point because it has been so long since your account was deleted.

You don't? Does this apply to the remaining free accounts as well? It is still in the TOS:
"Bravenet further reserves the right to terminate any user's account if there is no evident activity for a period of 90 days.
Thank you Courtnie, I just wanted to know what the reason was. I was mostly upset that when I asked they wouldn't disclose the reason. Not sure why it was such a secret, but I certainly thank you for explaining things now. Sorry for leaving such a rant earlier.
If I am paying for hosting and there is no activity I assume it will be left alone? What defines activity?
you say you no longer follow this practice. My account was deleted not that long ago I asked for an explanation and received none. I lost all my codes.
Bravehost is no longer free so as long a you keep paying it is "active".
Some email providers treat support ticket responses as spam - if you get no response check your junk mail folder.
