Hi Per,

Why do you equate 2 consenting adults abusing each other in postal chess with something sexual? Is it Freudien?

You might not have seen example 2 but I sure did. When I retired I was looking after a Jubilee postal tournament which was 104 players plus all the WT/H postal events. That included all the 15 player and 7 player events. At one time I was looking after 300 or more players at one time. I used to spend a couple of hours most days working on TD duties. Writing letters, filling in etl cards, trying to find players who had gone into silence, investigating complaints which was often writing the player compaining and asking for more information or explaining the rules involved because not all the complaints were valid.

Ever see a case where a player sent 2 different moves to his opponent on the same day? I thought that one was a joke until I had that happen to me.
