I agree with you Gino. On another topic - if the programming can detect a stalemat and automatically set the result than I suppose it must be much more of a technical problem (therefore more expense involved)to get the programming to detect a 3-fold repetition of the position - just musing. This would be nice to have the system be able to do too, in my opinion. I won't have to be bothered to deal with these situations when they come up. And they do!
