Hannes

Let me briefly try to reply to your additional questions.

his is now my 3rd tournament on the Webserver.
But I've never the chance for conditionals ?
Why does the organizer not allow this ?
What is the point ?
I think to have the opportunity to send conditional
moves is no disadvantage ?

This issue has already been discussed quite extensively on this board. ICCF Congress a few years ago discussed the issue and decided that the default policy was not to allow for conditionals in server events, but I agree with you that I see no real disadvantage in allowing them.

Like above. I do not see a disadvantage.
Is there any player who does not want to get
the win if his opponent fails to reply

The problem is that there may be circumstances that may warrant the intervention of the TD in investigating the reasons behind a 40 - day violation. This issue too has been extensively discussed here at the forum.

This is the point. One final message is not sufficient. Respectively not nice enough.
Maybe there should be the opportunity to see
the opponent's mail address (something like a popup window when clicking to the name).

Players at any time during their game can ask each other for their email addresses via the email message exchange option at the server. Then after the game is completed they can discuss their game if they wanted to, but it would be outside the server system. I don't personally see the need to have this option as part of the server system. The ICCF server site is not a Yahoo or Hotmail service.

Futhermore, there was a poll a few days ago, concerning the requested contents of a ICCF discussion forum, or bulletin board.
Can someone explain me, if and when such a forum will replace this board ?

The TCCMB is not the official ICCF forum. So any planned ICCF forum will be totally separate from this forum and will not be replacing it.
