1 head cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, shredded
3 med. carrots, shredded
2 apples, shredded
up to 1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk or half and half (dairy or pareve)

1/2 teas salt
1/4 teas ground pepper
1/2 teas caraway seeds
2-3 tabs white wine vinegar
1 tab sugar
1 teas mustard

In a large bowl combine the cabbage, onion, carrots and apples and set aside.
In another bowl combine the mayo, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, vinegar, sugar and mustard and whisk together.

Pour the dressing over slaw mixture, toss gently, cover and let refrigerate several hours.
