I finally got some of the Israeli Couscous and have made the following recipe but would like to know if you have some more interesting ones.
Israeli Couscous with Raisins and sweet red pepper.
1 cup couscous
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1/2 cup raisins
water
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
boil 2 cups water with the couscous, turn down for low simmer until done, about 10 minutes.
drain.
Add raisins and red pepper strips and drizzle with
olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm or room temperature.

Please send in more recipes as I like the Israeli couscous
