Feedback on Running School seminar on 3rd June at the Springs Hotel

I was at the seminar and had a physical assessment and feedback on my running technique based on video of treadmill running.

The team involved are well qualified and have a base in action physio Monksland. I hope to get complete assessment and follow their program to run properly injury free and maybe faster??

Cost for 6 one hour sessions is 300 euro. However if we can negotiate a deal for the ATC tri club it may be less. Should be money well spent to avoid injury!

I was there too and they seem to have something to offer. I was surprised to see just two from ATC there, the rest were guys I know from Caulry GAA club. The presenters said they had about 60 supposed to attend and they were a bit disappointed. Anyway, I'm signed up for gait analysis with them on Weds.

Yes Woof, Mea culpa !

Although I had said I'd go, marked it on the calendar and was looking forward to it....
I clean forgot.

Possibly with the Athy Tri on the next day my limited brain couldn't cope with the demands of two events so close together.

Glad yourself and Aidan got some useful info out of it though.
