Bank holiday Slieve Blooms spin

A couple of us are planning on doing a cycle this Monday if anyone else is interested.
Heading for the Slieve Blooms in preperation for the Wicklow 200!

Athlone -Moate -Tullamore -Clonaslee -Cut -Wolftrap -Birr and then either straight back or a bit longer via Banagher. Starting at 8am. Pace not too fast!
Anyone interested please reply to post or ring/text...

Good man Richard. Can't make this spin but with Malin 2 Mizen only 6 weeks away, this spin offers great training for anyone who can make it.

Hi,

Just looking at the Calender. After this spin, there are only 5 weekends left before M2M. Within those 5 weekends are Wicklox, The burren, Kilkee tri and TriAthlone so that leaves only the weekend before M2M free.

In other words, this is prob the last weekend for training with a decent distance if not booked in for above events. The fact that a group are doing it, it should be a must for those on the M2M spin.

M2M programme / arrangements ready in next few weeks.
