Few of us planning a 65mile training spin on Saturday. Leaving Pool at 12pm if anyone interested? All welcome if they feel up to the distance. Target speed is 25 - 28km so if you want to go faster, wait for the A group on Sunday!!

Thanks to all who turned up today. I think we covered 56 miles. Thanks to Anthony Reilly for his guidance and herding of the few eager sheep!!

Berutal weather, strong head winds, nasty hailstones but a worthwhile spin none the less.

For those that have not paid deposits yet, I will schedule a Paddys day cycle and this will be the LAST chance to pay DEPOSIT and retain your place on the trip. If you have not paid by then you WILL NOT be included. Time to get training!!
