Physiotherapy

Hi Ladies & Gents,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Christian Coombs, I am a Chartered Physiotherapist working in private practice at Edgewater Medical Centre, Tullamore, Co Offaly.

My qualifications comprise of a BSc Honours Degree in Physiotherapy (Cardiff Medical School) and BSc Honours Degree in Exercise Physiology (Glamorgan University).

My experience in a clinical and sport setting has enabled me to become accomplished with musculoskeletal problems, spinal pain, sports injuries, post operative care. I have a particular interest in clinical pilates, lower limb biomechanics (Orthotics), nerve tissue mobilisation, strength and conditioning.

My philosophy is a “hands on” approach with a keen emphasis on mobilisation, massage and therapeutic exercise.
