I've just found a military record for William Henry Hannah b 1897 Sheffield on Ancestry but I don't have a subscription. I use FMP.

I've found that he appeared in court in 1916 as an absentee from his regiment the York & Lancs.
I would be grateful if someone could look up this record for me.

I've just found what I was looking for on FMP. It was transcribed as HANNAN. I'll have to make sure I use more variants in future.
