Do you have the whole site downloaded or just the Message Forum.

Its probably your browser causing you the problem.

I use FIREFOX with no problem at all.

Chrome, Edge are the major ones that have extra security and our old site doesn't gell very well with them.

Still a bit hit and miss, but I get through eventually
