Does anyone know how I would find out if any of the three brothers served in WW11?

Hi Amanda,

In your earlier thread you said the brothers were from county Mayo. The Irish Republic was neutral in WW2. Were these 3 brothers Catholic? If so, I doubt if they would have joined the British forces. Doing so could have made them unpopular at home.
