Does anyone know please how I can find out if there is a headstone for a Peter Sharman buried in the above church in 1870.
I know they are laid flat around the edges but was wondering if anyone has anymore details about where exactly he is buried as so I can go and check oneday without having to walk around the whole area.
SHARMAN, Peter (, died on ?, at the age of 52).
Resided at Bernard St and buried on 31 May 1870 in ? ground;
Grave Number ?, Section ? of St John Cemetery, Park.
Maybe the burial register at the Archives would help? Tony Morton had photographed
many of the readable headstones from St John's but unfortunately we have no contact with him.
