Hi Terry We haven't hanged anything on our end of the message forum. And I've just tried to recreate the issue you're having but am not able to do so. Thanks Denise. Not a big deal for me once I worked out how to get there. I use Chrome. But tested it OK with Firefox. Must be my Chrome.

I think it's Chrome, I just switched to using microsoft edge and it works ok (I have both on my computer.
just to put my twopennorth in , i too have not been able to get any info' from the site for the last two days but just tried 10 mins ago and all is normal again,plus i haven't done anything to chrome, so i think it must have been rectified somehow.
