On my GGF death certificate it gives under "When and where died" 1(in)Court 13 Pearl Street. Rather than assume its meaning can someone please clarify? Many thanks for this.

A good part of the city is covered, for 1851 at five feet to a mile and 1889 at ten feet to the mile.
