I have a subscription to Ancestry but I have found recently that I am unable to view a census sheet, it will not come up on my screen, has anyone any ideas.

Please tell us which census record you cannot view. Just name of Head of House, year of birth and place will and address will do

Hello Dave T, for example, on the 1901 census, William Henry Green, born 1894, father Thomas, mother Ellen, Greystones Road, Greystones Cottages, Ecclesall Bierlow.
Same on the 1911 census now age 16.

Try shutting down your computer then re start it
