It depends which browser you're using. I use Firefox - for that click on the menu icon (three lines in top right) and that opens a preview and options (such as paper orientation, margins)
After much messing about, finally came up with the procedure.
This is a bit long winded, but it works.
Open topic
R Click
Click on Save as
Create file name
Then save
Click on downloads in file explorer
Click on either html or files
R Click
L Click on 3 dots top right hand
Click on print
Got to be an easier way, but I will stick with this
Give it a try and let me know if you are successful
Hi Roger,
I too have Firefox but this is the system I use:
SHIFT + HIGHLIGHT the record you want to print
Now go to your FILE menu click PRINT. This brings up the box with various options, it also shows the first page of the document (not what you want).
You need to scroll to the bottom of the Print dialogue box and click on "Print using dialogue system.." which brings up your own printer dialogue box.
Click SELECTION + APPLY + PRINT.
To print more than one record that is separated by stuff you do not want:
CONTROL + HIGHLIGHT Over first record
RELEASE CONTROL
Scroll to next record then repeat
CONTROL + HIGHLIGHT
This should now show both records highlighted.
Now repeat the process with the File menu mentioned above.
Sounds a little complicated but it really is not.
