Good morning,
I have found a transcription error on burials and screen shot below. The death certificate says surname is TIVNAN not TIONAN and thought I should mention it for correction. His name is correct on the 1921 Census or I can send you a copy of the death certificate if needed.

TIONAN, James (Labourer, age 57).
Died at Royal Hospital; Buried on March 8, 1943 in Roman Catholic ground;
Grave Number 3172, Section GG of City Road Cemetery, Sheffield.
Parent or Next of Kin if Available: ~. Remarks: ~.
Plot Owner: ~ ~ of ~. Page No 30
Find Similar in Same Grave Same Household if Available Surname Match if Available

I no longer have the original that we used for the transcriptions but I have checked with FreeBMD and they have the name as Tivnan.

I have changed our records accordingly.
