Sarah Jane Hague born Oughtibridge 1909. She is on the 1911 with parents Christopher & Amy Hague at Barrack Row Oughtibridge. It's possible she married Harry Sherwin 1931. I may have to purchase the marriage to confirm, but if anyone has any further info on her it would be appreciated.

The 1939 register lists Harry SHERWIN born 6 May 1909 a Gas Fitter and Sarah J SHERWIN born 20 Oct 1909 at 33 Darwin Road.

There is a death in September 1992 of a Sarah Jane Sherwin with a date of birth as 20 Oct 1909 in Sheffield RD

Just noticed 4 marriage records on the parish link for 33 Darwin Rd with father Harry Sherwin, so must be the children.

I have just looked at my images for Church of the Ascension Oughtibridge Marriages they were not wed there in '31.

You are correct Oughtibridge would be Wortley. If you don't already know Ecclesall Bierlow is an old administritive name for Sheffield. Surprised to see it used in 1931.

Could it be a Registry Office Marriage. And that is why they used Ecclesall Bierlow.
