We seem to have the following questions asked many many times.

What does it mean...... "Removed from Parish" in the burial database.

Suggestion.

If you look at the following that is to be found top of the page "Burial Records"

You will note where City Road Cemetery & Burngreave Cemetery are located.

To give you an example..... if your rellie died in St Lukes Parish and the burial took place at either the two above cemeteries the statement "Removed from Parish" would apply as neither cemeteries are in St Lukes Parish.

To know the parish your rellies lived in check the census and top right hand corner will give you the ecclesiastical parish. Not the 1911 census I believe that is one page back.
