Grandmother.

I have recently dismantled a Photo Album my mother gave me years ago which contains photographs of my Grandad and Grandma. My mother and father died some years ago and I am in my 80s so find it rather difficult to navigate my way through these ancestor websites.Whilst taking the album apart I found some interesting information on the back of some of the photos.
My Grandfather was John Marston born 1882 in Low Valley, Darfield Barnsley. In 1902 he married Annie Amelia Milner of Rotherham Road Tinsley. Apparently they had approx 12 children 6 boys and 5 girls. Only 5 boys survived. I know they lived in a mining village called Kinsley and worked down Hemsworth Colliery. My grandfather was in the 5th Battalion K.O.Y.L.I. in WW1. Other that this information I know nothing more.
Maybe someone on the website could help me find more information which would be most appreciated.
