Has anyone found a death record foe Edgar Garnett the husband of Gertrude Cropper.
Edgar was born 17 - 11 - 1914 in Penistone Vol 9c Page 668 and married Jan - Mar - 1936 in Barnsley Vol 9c - 287.
I have found a death record foe a Edgar Garnett he was born 24 - 02 - 1914 and died Jul - Sep - 1997 in Bradford 0811F f53a 247 0997, I have checked his records out and found that this is not the Edgar Garnett I am looking for. Could he have died in the Second World War?.

There is an Edgar Garnett in the 1968 telephone book living Wombwell. He seems to live in the area from the 1939 register. Gertrude Garnett died 1995 in Barnsley so him living Wombwell could be the correct Edgar.
