I would like to send for a birth certificate but I have a question on the 1939 register she is not named she was b 1934 her sister b1936 neither are mentioned underneath there are two records crossed out as the records are closed it cant be the ones I am looking for as they both married was this the norm for children

The fact that they later married would have no effect on the status of the record in the 39 register.It was closed at the time of the release of the register for publication based on their age and the fact they were probably still alive.
