Henry Senior 240307 Gunner Royal field and Horse artillery. I understand from family that he received a Military Medal but can not find what for. Any information would be much appreciated.

According to FMP H Senior RFA 240307 was awarded the Military Medal in France in 1918 and it references the London Gazette 25.4.1918.

Many thanks for this Dave but do not have access to newspapers. Really wanted to get to the bottom of this as he was one of four brothers that fought in the war the youngest being killed in action.

The London gazette is on line. It is not included in FMP newspapers
Just Google London Gazette and sign up.
