I am searching for the gro index for Carole Lillian Bower d2017 age 72 in Sheffield so that I can send for the death certificate , it is coming up with "no results"

I have sent for it ,I put in her middle name before ,left it out and whooppee

Chris, I just put in her surname then looked down the alphabetical list for Carol. That will find it no matter how it is spelled
