Does anyone have any info about Thief's Hole in the Wath~on~Dearne region?
I have an ancestor who is documented as being buried there. I have only found one other burial recorded there.
I searched the material at Sheffield Archives but did not find anything.

Have you tried Rotherham/Doncaster Archives.

Have you tried Genuki website, type in Thief's Hole, scroll down and click on Wath on Dearne Thief's Hole, then scroll until you reach the listings for that area 1860-1869 only.
