Has anyone access to ancestry please to see when the above person born in 1914 came to England from Ireland. He married in Derbyshire in 1939. Trying to find out who his parents were as nobody involved in this family has any idea.

Thank you all for your replies. Thomas O Mcveigh did marry Martha Scrimshaw in 1939 and that is where they were in 1939. Thomas died in 1958 aged 44.

I thnk I am going to have to purchase the marriage certificate but I was hoping that if he is on the shipping list it might give some more information.

I can rule out the Thomas that Eric found dying in 1945 because I know that my Thomas had children after that.

I was trying to find obituaries in the paper but none showing up.
