I have just received the marriage certificate of an Uncle, Mark Robinson, married August 1940 and shown resident at Arthur Road.
My question is why there when his home address since birth had been on Gleadless Road.
Was that I would term a qualifying address within the Parish of St Peters, Machon bank where he married.
His wife Phyliss lived on Steade Road, close to Arthur Road.
