People have been trying to get answers on the Sheffield Flood Claimant site even this January someone was asking questions. I have gone through all the variables with no success trying to get answers. Is this a private site??
I was going to contact the University but unable to find an e-mail contact??

Dave and John as I live in Canada I have asked a relative in Sheffield to see if they can explore options. They must have a virus in the site to keep breaking down
