Hi Hugh, Does it have to be Sheffield? There is a marriage between Hannah Beeton and George Lees on 4 September 1826 at St Mary, Kingston upon Hull

That's perfect , the family moved from Hull to Sheffield in 1827 . Clearly two other beeton sisters married in jan / feb 1835 , your John Evans / Ann Beeton is also perfect , the outstanding marriage from Jan 1835 shud be For Elizabeth / Bessie Beeton.
