Hi Mary,

If you look over to the left in our index and note Derbyshire Links & Parish Registers.

Click on that and it will take you to burials for Ridgeway at the bottom of the page.

Dont be afraid to ask for further help if thats not helping.

My basic explanation-
A parish is the area covered by the local church(or parish church). Most areas of England are divided into parishes with a parish church and priest/vicar responsible for it. A person buried in a parish is probably be buried in the churchyard rather than a municipal cemetery so you need to look up the relevant parish church registers for a record.
