Had a reply from Dave Yates who was kind enough to check City Road out for you and he has sent me a photo of the site but unfortunately no headstone.

I will forward the photo to you.

Intake Cemetery is a very small cemetery and maybe there is a stone there.
If you are not in Sheffield maybe the Archives could help you with that one.
